Returns Policy

Black Beauty Dolls Returns Policy and Procedure

We at Black Beauty Dolls hope that you will be delighted with all your purchases. If, for any reason you are unhappy with your items, we will be happy to give you a refund.
All we ask is that you return your items unopened and in perfect condition with all packaging intact.
 
Returns Procedure
Should you wish to return an item, please email us within 7 days of receipt at returns@blackbeautydolls.com to obtain a Returns Authorisation Code (RAC) and a returns form. Please include the following information in your email:

Reason for return:
Contact Number:
 
Once your email is received, we will send you your unique Returns Authorisation Code and a returns form. Please complete the returns form with your unique RAC, complete all the relevant information and return it with your product.  Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office.
 
We endeavour to process your refund within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your returned item and accompanying completed returns form. Your money will be returned to you via your original payment method and card. Once the refund has been processed, Black Beauty Dolls will send you an email to confirm the transaction. Unfortunately we cannot refund your original delivery costs.
 
Returning Faulty Items
 
At Black Beauty Dolls we adhere to strict product handling and product quality procedures. On the rare occasion that you receive a faulty item we will endeavour to either swiftly replace the item or provide you with a full refund.
 
Should you have a faulty item, please email us as soon as you become aware of the fault at returns@blackbeautydolls.com to obtain a Return Authorisation Code (RAC) and a returns form. Please include the following information in your email:

Required outcome (ie refund or replacement):

Once your email is received, we will send you your unique Returns Authorisation Code and a returns form. Please complete the returns form with your unique RAC, complete all the relevant information and return it with your product.  Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office.
 
We will examine your returned item swiftly upon receipt to understand the fault and feedback to our suppliers. Should a genuine fault be established, we will immediately action your requested outcome (ie refund or replacement).
 
If you choose to have a refund, we endeavour to process this promptly (within 7 to 10 business days). Your money will be returned to you via your original payment method and card. Once the refund has been processed, Black Beauty Dolls will send you an email to confirm the transaction. If the item is confirmed as having a manufacturing fault we will refund the full costs of the product and the costs you paid for delivery of the item.
 
If you choose to have a replacement, an identical item will be sent to you within 4 working days, this replacement will be exempt of a delivery charge as we will honour the previous delivery charge which you paid.
 
How do I change my order?
 
We’re sorry that in most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it. If you’d like to add Products to your order, please place a new order for these items.
 
If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove Products from your order or cancel it completely, please email us at customerservices@Blackbeautydolls.com  quoting your customer number and order number and we will respond to you within 24 hours.
 
If the Products you ordered have already been collected from our warehouse for delivery to you, then you’ll need to follow our Returns procedure as set out above in the event of any unwanted Products.
